Milwaukee Bucks vs Boston Celtics Match Prediction & Analysis
While the Bucks may be at the bottom of the pile their point differential is still the best within the bottom half of the conference as despite conceding 116.0 points per game, they are also managing to score 111.0 points and currently have a differential of -5.0 at the time of writing.
This balanced approach is still a positive for the Bucks as while they are losing games they aren’t losing by much and should take this as a sign that they could turn around their season effectively if the team comes together as one.
The Celtics on the other hand have been an offensive nightmare but their defensive side of things could be better as it is the lack of defensive options that cost them their two losses against the Pacers and the Warriors. With that said bettors should have a wide array of options during this fixture with these odds in general being ones that they should watch out for during the match up.

Teams Preview
Milwaukee Bucks Preview
The Milwaukee Bucks have started this season in an abysmal manner as they currently boast a record of 2 wins in 9 games which is their worst start to a regular season since the 2013-14 season which was also Giannis Antetokounmpo’s rookie season in the NBA.
Currently sitting second from the bottom in the Eastern Conference standings the Bucks have been a shell of their former self this season as they are struggling to find a strong footing to their season this year and seem to have gaping holes in many departments as Doc Rivers and co. can’t seem to find a way to turnaround their season despite Damian Lillard and Giannis both performing exceptionally during the first nine games.
Having won their first game of the season against the Philadelphia 76ers away from home their 124-109 win seemed to have given the Wisconsin side a positive start to their season but this was only beginning of the downfall as the Bucks then lost six games in a row despite the star duo of Lillard and Antetokounmpo averaging 28.4 and 31.0 points respectively.
The array of losses began during their first home game of the season against the Chicago Bulls as they lost by a score of 132-122, in a game where Giannis had 33-points and had helped his side manage a first half lead which quickly evaporated in the second period.
This loss was then followed up by similar losses to the Brooklyn Nets, Boston Celtics and the Memphis Grizzlies away from home and while they did return to the Fiserv Forum for a game against the Cleveland Cavaliers during this run of fixtures the high-flying Ohio side beat them by a score of 114-113 before defeating them once again in Cleveland by a margin of 2-points in their very next game.
Although the Bucks did manage to break this losing streak against the Western Conference strugglers in the Utah Jazz this victory was short lived as another loss to the New York Knicks in their next game left them with a 2-7 record which is currently the worst in the Eastern Conference within teams that have played 9-games or more.

Boston Celtics Preview
While the Milwaukee Bucks have had a horrendous start to their season the Boston Celtics on the other hand have a completely different outlook on their season as the reigning champions are currently second in the conference and have an opposite record to the Bucks with 8 wins and 2 losses.
Although the Massachusetts side would have loved to lead their conference it is only a historic Cleveland run that is stopping them from doing so as the Ohio side are currently unbeaten in 10 games and is the only reason why the Celtics cannot leapfrog them in the standings at the time of writing. Despite this historic feat the Celtics are only 2 games behind the Cavaliers and should jump above them in the long run if they can just keep winning their games as they come.
Having started the season with a similar record to the Cleveland side the Celtics had won four of their opening games against the likes of the New York Knicks, the Washington Wizards, the Detroit Pistons and the Milwaukee Bucks before an overtime loss to their last year’s Eastern Conference Finals opposition in the Indiana Pacers during their fifth game finally brought an end to their unbeaten record.
Their 135-132 loss was partly due to the incredible performance by Indiana’s Pascal Siakam and while they did lose their unbeaten record the Celtics side quickly recovered from this defeat as they went on another unbeaten run of 3-games before a loss to the Golden State Warriors in their ninth game sealed their second defeat and left them with a 7-2 record.
While they have rectified their loss now with an overtime win against the Brooklyn Nets the Boston side will be hoping to do better and keep in sight of the Cleveland Cavaliers as they travel to Milwaukee for a rematch against the Bucks.

MILWAUKEE BUCKS vs BOSTON CELTICS
Winning PredictionAlthough the two teams have started their season on a contrasting note the two sides have been title rivals in the Eastern Conference for the past few seasons and while the Bucks may not be at their strongest right now they are still a difficult side to face and could give the Celtics a run for their money given that they will be looking to turn their season around and it will be of a huge boost if that win will be against the reigning champions.
While the Celtics will be a favorite to win, the Bucks should cause an upset at home given that their last home fixture was a positive one and the Celtics currently are only on a one game win streak.
